Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)
Tatyasaheb Kore College of Pharmacy, Warananagar has zero tolerance policy against discrimination and sexual harassment. As per the guidelines of Supreme Court, UGC, Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013, with a view to provide protection against discrimination and sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental there to, the Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted in Tatyasaheb Kore College of Pharmacy.
Objectives, Roles and Responsibilities of College Internal Complaints Committee |
- To provide safe academic and working environment to all students and its women employees

- To create and maintain safe, healthy and supportive environment for women and girl students in the campus

- To address issues faced by women at work place and to organize awareness generation programmers and to take preventive steps towards protection of women staff / students from sexual harassment in the college

- The Complaints Committee will be responsible for the redressal of complaints made by employees and ensure time-bound treatment of the complaints as provided in the Act. In case of any complaint, an employee of the college may contact the following

- The Committee shall meet as often as may be needed and appropriate.
- Frequency of meeting: Once in a year (beginning of academic year) and as and when necessary.
