SAHAKARMAHARSHI LATE SHRI. V. A. alias TATYASAHEB KORE

(1914 - 1994) Late Hon’ble Shree V. A. alias Tatyasaheb Kore had put the foundation stone of Shree Warana Vibhag Shikshan Mandal in the year 1964 at Waranannagar, Dist: Kolhapur, Maharashtra State, India. Tatyasaheb Kore who did a magnificent miracle in the land of Warana, born on 17th October 1914, he was the son of a farmer in a small village Kodoli. He believed in co-operation as a way of life and attached great importance to its moral content. He was a visionary man with foresight, rare organizational skills and dedication. He was fully aware of the fact that along with the national prosperity, the rural development and enlightenment is equally important, for which he created educational facilities in Warana region through Shree Warana Vibhag Shikshan Mandal.
